• Flat-rate booking fee: ¥4000 per reservation
• Cancellation Fees:
• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour.
• 50% charge for cancellations within 24 hours.
• No refund for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

• Before the tour:
• Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations 24-48 hours before the tour will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.

• Tour modifications:
• Changes to tour dates are allowed up to 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.

Refunds for Tour Service Issues

• If an event is canceled by Yonaguni Tours due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
• If the customer is dissatisfied with the service, complaints can be submitted to yonagunitours@gmail.com for review.
